COD – Cash on delivery. This will add 10 DHS to your order.
Credit card and Debit cards at checkouts
- Will there be any additional charges on the day of delivery?
If you have chosen the COD payment option, you are required to pay AED 10 at the time of delivery. Apart from that, there are no additional charges during delivery.
Same-day delivery also adds an additional 15 dirhams to your delivery if you have chosen COD, otherwise, you can pay online when placing your order.
- Does Old Street store my payment information?
No. We do not save your payment information.
- How much is the delivery charge for Old Street?
Orders above the value of 100 AED are delivered for free. For orders under 100 AED, a delivery fee of 10 AED is applicable.
- What is the approximate delivery time?
3 Days. If the delivery is taking longer than 3 days, you will be contacted through email and phone to discuss the next steps.

- How do I return or exchange my items?
You can return and get a refund for your items or simply exchange them using the following ways:
All transactions require proof of purchase and for the items to be in perfect condition with their original packaging.

You require your proof of purchase and the items to be in perfect condition with their original packaging. All exchanges and refunds are eligible within 14 days of purchase.
- What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective or if the wrong product was shipped?
If visible damage is visible, kindly refuse the delivery and inform the driver why the delivery is being refused. You will receive an email and/ or phone call within 24 working hours to confirm the rejection. You can also directly call us at 042952134 from Monday to Saturday between 8 am – 5 pm or email us at email@example.com with your order number and concerns.
- If I have applied for a refund, how long does it take for the balance to reflect into my account?
- I want to return some items; how does that work?
To return items, please log into your account and go orders. Once in order, select the order you want to amend. Once selected, chose the items you wish to return, pick a reason for return, and select a suitable date for return. You will receive an email on the day of the return. Please be present for the return and handing over the items to the driver. Once the item is received and examined at our facilities, you will receive your full refund if the item is in perfect condition.
Alternatively, you can return items physically in-store as well.
Same Day Delivery
We offer same-day delivery to our customers who place orders before 12:00 pm. We might share your details with our delivery partners if the package is delivered by 3rd party company. There is no minimum purchase amount of this option, however, you will be charged an additional 15 dirhams.
